About Susan A.W. Joslin

Susan A.W. Joslin (1792-1875) of Keene, N.H. was the daughter of David Joslin and Rebecca Richardson of Stoddard, NH. She married Isaiah Gould in 1816. Isaiah was the author of The History of Stoddard, Cheshire County, N.H.

About the Susan A.W. Joslin Diary

The diary has entries for each day of the year 1853 and talks about many local things – the machine shop, the wire factory, the paper factory – giving a good picture of small town life in the mid-1800s.
