National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI)
Maintains the world's largest climate data archive and provides climatological services and data. Some data is free to all users; some data must be accessed at UNH. Formerly the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC).

Northeast Regional Climate Center (NRCC)
Established in 1983, the NRCC is located at Cornell University and serves the 12-state region that includes: Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and West Virginia.

Physical Sciences Division
Conducts weather and climate research to observe and understand Earth's physical environment, and to improve weather and climate predictions on global-to-local scales. Part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Earth System Research Laboratory.
