Special Collections & Archives Instruction Sessions

Request a Class Visit

The University Archivist and Special Collections Librarian are available for in-person instruction to provide archival use and access sessions, course-related lessons and presentations, and general overviews of Milne Special Collections and University Archives holdings.

Before requesting a class visit, please take the time to read over our instruction policies and procedures:
Using Materials in Special Collections and Archives

Requests should be submitted as early as possible, and we may not be able to accommodate requests made with less than two weeks notice. Sessions that require materials from several collections may need more preparation time.

The University Archivist or Special Collections Librarian will follow up within 5 business days to confirm or decline your request and to schedule a planning meeting. Submitting this webform request does not automatically reserve a time.

If you have any questions about this form or hosting a class in the Milne Special Collections and University Archives, please email Kai Uchida at kai.uchida@unh.edu.
