After You Apply

We may take up to a month to get back to you. We try to match qualified applicants' schedules to our current openings. We then contact qualified applicants for an interview. You may be asked to provide proof of your work/study award. This can be done by printing out your awards statement, which can be found under the Financial Aid section of your Webcat account.

Please contact us:

  • If you make any class changes (may influence hiring decisions)
  • Have changes in your work-study award (may influence hiring decisions)
  • If you wish to to verify the status of your application

If You Are Hired

You will need to fill out:

  • W4 forms
  • I9 forms, for which specific forms of ID are required. These are your driver’s license and social security card, driver’s license and original birth certificate, or a valid U.S. passport.

We will go over all of these forms with you as needed.

If you will be interested in direct deposit, please bring your bank account information to your paperwork appointment.
