The UNH Library’s Frazzle Free Finals programming is back again!
From May 4 and May 8, the UNH Library will host a variety of activities designed to help students destress during finals.

Students spending time with therapy dogs in Dimond Library during finals

The library will provide relaxing spaces and activities like puzzles and crafts while visiting campus partners will include the UNH Bookstore, Career and Professional Services (CaPS), Psychological and Counseling Services (PACS), Student Accessibility Services (SAS), Campus Living Association (CLA), Slow Food UNH, and Wildcats for Recovery.

The library’s Silent Disco will return on Tuesday afternoon, and the UNH Student Senate will host the traditional Primal Scream (with ice cream!) that evening. Librarians CJ Wong and Liz Fowler will get students moving with hula hooping sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, and the always-popular therapy dogs will visit throughout Tuesday and Wednesday for petting and snuggles.

Students at UNH Manchester will also get a visit from furry friends: Brio and Kody from New England Pet Partners will be at the Manchester library branch on Thursday, April 30 between 11am and 1pm.

Finally, the library’s guide to study break resources includes calming videos, activities like cooking and yoga, and study tips and tools.

Good luck, Wildcats! We’re here for you.
