About Frederick W. Taylor
Professor Fredrick W. Taylor (1876-1963) of Ohio State university was appointed professor of agriculture and head of the department of agriculture at UNH in 1903. In 1908 he became professor of agronomy. In 1915 he was made dean of the agricultural division.
About the Agricultural Exam
This series contains two midterm exams given in 1906 at the New Hampshire College of Agriculture and the Mechanic Arts in Durham, NH for Prof. Frederick Taylor's Agriculture II class. These exams were taken by A. Lawrence Dean and Simes Frink, who were students of the two-year agricultural school.
