About the Women's Center
The Women's Center originated in 1973 to fulfill the need for womanspace: a place to congregate, share resources, support, and ideas. In the fall of 1976, the Women's Center received funding from the Student Activity Tax.

This series contains the records of the Women's Center, 1973-1986. Also included are items relating to the Women's Commission dating back to 1972.
