The Media Relations Office (formerly known as the News Bureau) produces the news stories for publication in area newspapers.
About the Media Relations Presidents Files
This series includes the Media Relations files on UNH Presidents Robert Chandler, John McConnell, Eugene Mills, Evelyn Handler, Gordon Haaland, Dale Nitzschke, and Joan Leitzel as well as interim presidents Jere Chase, Thomas Fairchild and Walter Peterson. It includes press releases, newspaper clippings, inauguration speeches, and media papers as well as some biographical information on the UNH Presidents. There are only obituaries for Presidents Eldon Johnson and Thomas Bonner.
