About Executive Council of the Student Government

The New Hampshire College of Agriculture and the Mechanic Arts was founded in Hanover, NH in 1866. The college moved to Durham, NH in 1893 and became the University of New Hampshire in 1923. By the 1920's, the number of women at the school was growing and there were strict rules regarding their conduct.

About the Student Government Executive Committee Minute Book

This series contains the minutes for the Executive Committee of the Student Government at the New Hampshire College of Agriculture and the Mechanic Arts. During the years 1922-1924, the Executive Committee dealt mostly with the rules for female students at the school.
