Track and Field at UNH
The UNH Men's Track & Field team was started in 1912. A women's team was begun during the 1979-1980 season. There have been five coaches in the team's history prior to 2021: Paul Sweet (1924-1970), Billy Phillips (1970-1973), John Copeland (1973-1982), and Jim Boulanger (1982-2021).
About the Track and Field Team Records
This collection contains files and records of the UNH Track and Field compiled by the Sports Information Office. Included are press releases, rosters, schedules, game reports, programs and individual meet statistics. This series is arranged chronologically by academic year. Box no. 1 contains achievement records dating 1924-1974, as well as correspondence, speeches, and memoribilia from Paul Sweet.
