About the UNH Agricultural Alumni Association
The UNH Agricultural Association dates as far back as the early 1940s when a collection of graduates from the College of Agriculture decided to form their own wing of the Alumni Association. In 1948, the new branch formed a scholarship for students of agriculture. To pay for it, they aligned themselves with the University of New Hampshire 100 Club to organize a chicken barbecue at the annual Homecoming Celebration.

This series contains the correspondence and records of the treasurer of the Agricultural Alumni Association. Included are minutes of meetings, treasurer's reports, Agricultural Alumni Scholarship information and records about the annual Homecoming Barbecue sponsored by the Agricultural Alumni Association.
