About Everett B. Sackett
Everett B. Sackett served the University of New Hampshire from 1938 to 1969 as a professor, Registrar, Dean of Student Administration and Dean of the College of Liberal Arts. In addition he served on many committees including the Student Health Committee and the Memorial Union Building Committee.
About the Everett B. Sackett Files
This collection consists of the files kept by Everett B. Sackett during his career at the University of New Hampshire. Included in these are letters from Japanese American students wishing to enroll at the University and the subsequent rejection letters written by Sackett. There are also numerous files on the Postwar Education Service for returning military veterans and on the Memorial Union Building Committee.
